Group Discounts:
Q. Does THAC give group discounts?
A. Yes, groups of 10 or more seats are eligible for a discount of $3 off the regular price per ticket (no student or senior discounts apply). The group also receives one free ticket. Please Call 303-794-2787 Ext. 211 for more information on group sales or to order tickets. You can also order online the same way you purchase individual tickets, and you will receive the discount.
Children:
Q. Does THAC welcome children to its productions?
A. Yes, well behaved children are welcome at THAC for appropriately rated productions. However, a child
2 years old and older must have his/her own seat, paid for at the student rate.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Q. What happens if my plans change, can I get a refund or exchange
my tickets for another show?
A. Yes, Season Ticket holders may exchange tickets at no charge, Non season-ticket
holders may exchange tickets with a 24 hour notice for a service charge
of $4 per ticket and Non-season ticket holders may return tickets with
24 hour notice for a refund of 68% of the face value of the ticket.
Senior Discounts:
Q. I am 63, do I qualify for a senior discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our senior discounts begin at age 62.
Parking for a Show:
Q. Where should I plan to park when attending a show at THAC?
A. There is free on-street parking available on Main Street, across the
street from the Theatre off Prince street and various other designated
"free" parking lots around the side streets just off Main Street. There is also public parking available in the Reinke Brothers parking lot, just 1/2 block north of the theatre.
Service Fees:
Q. Will I be charged a service fee if I order tickets online or over the phone?
A. No, there is no service fee for ordering tickets online or over the phone.
R Rating:
Q. What does the R rating mean on some productions?
A. The R rating designates productions that contain adult content and themes that may be objectionable to some patrons. Discretion is left up to the individual.
