BOX OFFICE HOURS:
Q. When can I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling 303.794.2787 x5, Box Office Hours are Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. to Noon/ 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and 1 Hour prior to Shows Generally there is one person in the box office taking calls, so if you get voice mail please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking any of the Purchase Tickets links on our site 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been filled. You can also purchase tickets at Town Hall Arts Center, there are no fees for any of these methods of purchase.
Q. Does THAC give group discounts?
A. Yes, groups of 10 or more seats are eligible for a discount of $3 off the regular price per ticket (no additional student or senior discounts apply). The group also receives one free ticket. Please Call 303-794-2787 Ext. 213 for more information on group sales or to order tickets. You can also order online the same way you purchase individual tickets, and you will receive the discount.
Q. I am 63, do I qualify for a senior discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our senior discounts begin at age 62.
Q. I am 32, but I just started college, do I qualify for a student discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our student discount is for anyone under 18 or with a current, valid student ID.
In a continuing effort to make plays at Town Hall Arts Center accessible to all, ten value seats at $10 each will be made available on a first-come-first-served basis one-hour prior to each published curtain time.
Q. Does THAC welcome children to its productions?
A. Yes, well behaved children 2 years and older are welcome at THAC for appropriately-rated productions. Each must have his/her own seat, paid for at the student rate. Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Q. What does the R rating mean on some productions?
A. The R rating designates productions that contain adult content and themes that may be objectionable to some patrons. Discretion is left up to the individual.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Q. What happens if my plans change, can I get a refund or exchange my tickets for another show?
A. Yes, Season Ticket holders may exchange tickets at no charge, Non season-ticket holders may exchange tickets with a 24 hour notice for a service charge of $4 per ticket and non-season ticket holders may return tickets with 24 hour notice for a refund of 65% of the face value of the ticket.
Q. Will I be charged a service fee if I order tickets online or over the phone?
A. No, there is no service charge for ordering tickets online or over the phone.
PARKING FOR A SHOW:
Q. Where should I plan to park when attending a show at THAC?
A. There is free parking is available on the streets around the theatre, and in the RTD lot at the Downtown Littleton Light Rail Station at Prince and Alamo Streets.

Q. Is Town Hall Arts Center accessible to persons of all abilities and does it offer services for patrons in wheelchairs and with hearing impairments?
A. Restroom Accessibility:
All restrooms are equipped to accommodate the handicapped.
There are designated wheelchair spaces in the theatre. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
Services for Physically Challenged:
The Town Hall Arts Center House Manager is available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated handicapped areas.
Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Audio Assist headsets are available at the theatre box office, free of charge. A photo identification is required as a deposit.
