Corporate Sponsorship Benefits 2010-11 season
Become a corporate sponsor and join a growing list of generous businesses who value a partnership with Town Hall Arts Center (THAC). You can sponsor an entire season of plays, a single play, an actor’s salary or the cost of putting sequins on one of the costumes you might see on the stage. We will work with you to tailor the benefits you receive for your sponsorship. For example:
Spotlight Season Sponsor
$10,000
During the season, you will receive recognition of your sponsorship through:
- Your logo prominently displayed on THAC website
- Your logo on the season brochure
- Your logo on each show’s program cover
- Full-page ad in each show’s program
- Your logo on each show posters (100+ distributed to local businesses)
- Your logo on each show’s promotional postcards (10,000 printed)
- Your name included in media releases promoting the show
- Recognition of your sponsorship in pre-show announcement
- Your banner displayed at the opening night reception
During the season, you will have the opportunity to entertain clients or employees with:
- Four complimentary season tickets to all THAC main stage productions (6 different shows)
- Use of the Stanton Gallery for private party or reception
- Invitation to attend opening night receptions with the cast of each show
- Discount on tickets for your employees for entire season
- Two copies of each production poster autographed by each cast
- Backstage tours of Town Hall Arts Center upon request
Center Stage Show Sponsor
$3,000
During your sponsored show, you will receive recognition of your sponsorship through:
- Your logo on THAC website
- Your logo on each show’s program cover
- Full-page ad in each show’s program
- Your logo on each show posters (100+ distributed to local businesses)
- Your logo on each show’s promotional postcards (10,000 printed)
- Your name included in media releases promoting the show
- Recognition of your sponsorship in pre-show announcement
- Your banner displayed at the opening night reception
During your sponsored show, you will have the opportunity to entertain clients or employees with:
- Eight pairs of complimentary tickets to the production (any performance)
- Designation of one performance for discounted tickets to your customers
- Use of the Stanton Gallery for a reception in conjunction with above referenced performance
- Invitation to attend opening night receptions with the cast of each show
- Discount on tickets on the production for your employees
- Souvenir copy of the production's poster autographed by the cast
- Backstage tours of Town Hall Arts Center upon request
Corporate Star
$1,000
During your sponsored show, you will receive recognition of your sponsorship through:
- Your logo on THAC website
- Your logo in the show's program
- Quarter-page ad in show's program
- Your logo on show posters
- Your name included in media releases promoting the show
- Your banner displayed at the opening night reception
During your sponsored show, you will have the opportunity to entertain clients or employees with:
- Four pairs of complimentary tickets to the production
Corporate Patron
$500
- Your logo on THAC website
- Your logo in the show's program
- Two pairs of complimentary tickets to the production
Corporate Cast Member
$100 - $499
- Recognition as a "Corporate Cast Member" in THAC programs
- One complimentary voucher good for 2 tickets to a THAC main stage production
